Await Authorization
Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our hygiene and safety standards; once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the products in their original box and ship them back to our Singapore distribution center using a trackable mailing service.
Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, excluding shipping fees.
